Lead Planning Analyst

As a Lead Planning Analyst, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that influence key stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced environments, and drive innovation through creative problem-solving. Responsibilities: Deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions by optimising plans using data, tools, and balanced recommendations. Lead scenario planning with teams and stakeholders to support informed, data-driven decision-making. Support cross-functional initiatives and adapt to evolving Planning function needs. Proactively engage stakeholders to understand objectives, priorities, and change initiatives. Skill Required: Strong understanding of the planning cycle and its key stages, enabling effective contribution to planning and decision-making. Experience with SQL, Python or other similar technologies. Agile and adaptable, applying analytical expertise across diverse planning functions and changing business needs. Excellent communication skills, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
