This is a fantastic role with a rapidly growing insurer. The business are going through a period of change, some of which includes bringing compliance 'in-house'. As such, you will be in a high-profile position within the organisation, tasked with building a team of around 8 compliance specialists whilst also: Building a regulatory engagement programme Producing an assurance plan Providing compliance advice to the business Ensuring that conduct risk is managed, offering independent 2nd line review Maintaining and delivering a financial crime framework Coordinating regulatory engagement activity Board reporting The company has a highly-collaborative approach to working and a positive culture. The role is remote. Due to the seniority of the position, it is essential that you have: A detailed knowledge of personal lines insurance and PRA / FCA regulation Have held / hold SMF16 Have worked on change projects Have managed teams, ideally larger than 4 people
