Pre-Sales Technical Leadership Act as the technical bridge between sales teams and clients, delivering product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) validations, and scenario-based technical consultations. Translate complex display technologies (e.g., LED controllers, video wall topologies, CMS integration) into clear, client-facing documentation and presentations. 3. End-to-End Project Enablement Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from presales to implementation, providing technical guidance on hardware/software integration, network compatibility, and system optimization. Troubleshoot presales-stage technical challenges (e.g., site compatibility assessments, content workflow design) to mitigate risks during deployment. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Mobilize internal resources (R&D, logistics, engineering) and external partners (system integrators, distributors) to align technical capabilities with project timelines and client expectations.
