Data Engineer

You will be working hard to enable effective data driven decisions using your experience of data warehousing and Business intelligence. As a Data Engineer, you will have an excellent understanding of the SQL Server architecture. Role: Data Engineer aka Azure Data Engineer, Data Engineering Location: Manchester – Hybrid working is in place - 3 days a week in the office Salary: £57,500 per annum base plus great benefits Benefits: 25 days holiday Bank Hols, Birthday off, Healthcare cash plan, 5% matched pension, long service awards, cycle to work, Life Assurance What you will bring to the table: Previous experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in the financial services industry, however this is not essential. Experience working in an Azure Data environment with storage tech such as Azure Data Lake, Data warehouse and traditional MSSQL. You will have great experience of MS SQL Server including working with T-SQL. Previous experience working with Power BI for dashboard creation would be great. You will be skilled in data modelling.
