Senior System Test Engineer (Low Level) – Validation Team Location: Farnborough Salary: (£50k - £55k) About the Role: Our client, a leading company in the satellite industry, is seeking a Senior System Test Engineer (Low Level) to join their growing Validation Team. In this hands-on role, you will focus on testing the Beamforming PrimeForm 2 chip, with a particular emphasis on low-level software and hardware interactions. Strong Python skills for test automation are essential. Key Responsibilities: Test Low Level Software for Hardware Platforms Develop Python scripts for Test Automation. Test and validate Beamforming PrimeForm 2 chip functionality. Conduct black-box testing for hardware-centric systems Essential Skills: Strong Python programming skills for automation. Experience in low-level software testing for hardware systems. Desirable: Experience in the satellite industry or similar sectors. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment. Familiarity with Jenkins and other automation frameworks.
