Workday Financials Programme Director - OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Workday Financials Implementation Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis Hybrid working and some european travel required OUTSIDE IR35 Role and experience : Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus Experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions. Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus. Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus. Please apply
