IT Technician – Marlborough – £180/day – 2 Month Contract We’re working with a client in Marlborough who needs an on-site IT Technician for a short-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues, and will also support AV equipment on-site. This is a 5-day-a-week, on-site role, so you’ll need to be confident working face-to-face with users. The basics: Location: Marlborough (on-site only) Rate: Up to £180/day (outside IR35) Contract length: 2 months Start date: ASAP What you'll be doing: Providing 1st line support across hardware, software, and networking Supporting AV kit (meeting rooms, conferencing setups, etc.) Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory Supporting users with Microsoft 365 applications and tools Basic admin and troubleshooting on Windows Server Logging and tracking tickets, escalating where needed What you’ll need: Solid experience in an on-site IT support or technician role Familiarity with M365, Active Directory, and Windows Server Good hands-on troubleshooting skills Experience with AV support (nice to have but important) Confident working on-site and directly with end users Available to start immediately
