Senior Software Engineer – Up to £80,000 plus shares - London Hybrid working 2 days a week in office- Full Stack JavaScript In Product is partnered with a Scale-up business who have after a period of stability and reaching profitability and experiencing a period of significant growth. They are looking to elevate the growth of their business by laser-focusing on their target audience, and developing a highly engaging experience that will support users to make life-changing behavioral changes. This business has a research-focused culture, with users at the core of their decision-making. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support the delivery of technology across web and mobile. You will work with a small team of developers who are highly talented individuals, but also work cross-functionally in a squad with a Product Manager and Product Designer. This team works iteratively, building at pace to create impactful and clean software. As a Senior Software Engineer in this team, you will work closely with your Engineering Manager, and VP of Engineering who are able to support you to grow and develop as a Senior Engineer. You will need to demonstrate a high-growth career journey, with experience in businesses that have successfully scaled, or in established businesses that have taught you the fundamental grounding in Software Development and Software Scalability. You will have worked in a high autonomy environment, with a cross-functional team adding to the wider process improvements of the squad to enable complex problems to be solved quickly with the best technical solution. You will have worked within the JavaScript ecosystem, ideally with Node.js, React, and Typescript with experience in building infrastructure on AWS.
