Required skills 8 years of Handson Functional experience in implementation and support at least 2 full cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules 12 Relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules. Should be able to drive discussions with business across phases of the project, deep dive to perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions. Should be able to converse on Redwood Pages Knowledge on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula and Reports is added advantage Good to have Finance and EPM knowledge. Good knowledge of AIM documents like BP80, RD 20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100, etc. Involved in fit gap analysis and documented the Setup steps for Oracle HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules. Translate desired business outcomes into functional design solutions. Research, prototype, and test new and /or enhanced functionality Perform Oracle HCM configuration for enhancement and change requests. Lead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to develop and support the execution of change management and training plans. Develop and maintain solution design, testing results and relates documents for Oracle Cloud HCM Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences. Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
