You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a final escalation point, whilst also being heavily involved in project work. Tech Stack & Responsibilities Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune - Configuring networks, VPNs, security policies Networking & Firewalls – Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard, SonicWall. You’ll be the final escalation point for support queries while also delivering end-to-end projects, such as M365 migrations and Azure network configurations. Client Interaction – Working directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions Able to travel to customer sites Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
