About the Role: As part of a broader digital transformation initiative across Europe, the Regional IT Director is seeking a strategic partner to help coordinate and drive regional technology efforts. This role requires project management expertise, ensuring seamless communication and execution between headquarters and local teams. Key Responsibilities: Consolidate and interpret project data from various European countries. Organize and lead coordination meetings with local, regional, and headquarters technology teams. Develop and deliver executive-level reports for senior management. Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment. Monitor and support the rollout of regional technology initiatives. Track project milestones and report progress to central leadership. Assist local teams with implementation challenges, escalating issues when necessary. Collaborate with project teams to define scope, timelines, and quality standards. Supervise project managers to maintain schedules and deliverables. Oversee all project phases—from planning to deployment. Streamline processes to enhance project delivery speed. Evaluate and report on project performance metrics.
