Information Technology Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in SDLC phases, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in regulated environments and manufacturing projects is a plus.
