Digital Learning Consultant Circa 42,000 per annum- 3 days a week onsite in West London Hybrid Working Instinct is partnering with a global professional services firm that specialise in strategy execution, leadership development, and business transformation. They are currently looking for a Digital Learning Consultant to join their EU Digital Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative digital learning experiences that drive organisational growth and transformation. In this position, you will blend your creative and technical skills to consult on digital learning solutions, guiding development processes and managing client projects from start to finish. As you design and implement customised digital learning strategies aligned with client needs and business goals, you'll work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions. This client-facing role requires collaboration, creativity, and technical expertise to create cutting-edge digital experiences that truly make a difference. The Ideal candidate will have: Strong clients focus with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. The ability to guide clients in platform selection and recommend solutions based on business needs. Strong understanding of the digital learning landscape Tech-savvy with a team player mindset Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with working across global teams is desirable. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
