CRM Project Manager

CRM Project Manager A global marketing consultancy is currently recruiting a CRM Project Manager who has 5 years of commercial experience handling multiple project campaigns working alongside cross-functional development teams that utilise CRM platforms such as Marketo, Adobe, or Adobe Campaign. Our client is looking to pay a basic salary up to £80,000 (DOE) quarterly bonus to be based in London 3 x PW. In this role you’ll be working on marketing automation implementations and complex CRM journeys. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction reporting into the C-Suite members of staff working partnering with several highly reputable global brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mar-Tech project management within a marketing / agency environment specifically working with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Adobe or Marketo (however other CRM experience would be accepted). Core responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans Work with the Account Management team to effectively communicate resource requirements, ensuring appropriate utilisation and chargeability Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, in alignment with client objectives and requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues, and managing expectations Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements Proactively identifying and leading initiatives that drive business value and continuous improvement Core skill requirements: Proven experience in project management within the marketing technology (MarTech) industry, preferably in a consultancy/agency environment is essential Strong understanding of MarTech concepts, platforms, and tools, preferably with experience with Adobe products is essential Experience of fixed price implementations and CRM tools is essential Experience using Microsoft project or Smartsheet is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is essential PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously £80,000 / Hybrid Working (2 to 3 days) / 25 Days Holiday / Pension / Holiday Buy Scheme / Private Health Care / Quarterly Bonus CRM Project Manager
