ServiceNow QA - £450 - £550 per day – London – Fully Remote – 5 Months Overview: A market leading consultancy operating globally are searching for an experienced QA Engineer focussing on the ServiceNow stack. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules. Conduct functional testing to validate that application features meet requirements and business expectations. Perform regression testing and create test automation using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Regularly review and maintenance of ATF framework to manage technical debt and enhance performance. Perform Integration and end to end testing. Identify and log defects, collaborate with developers for resolution, and validate fixes. Ensure smooth regression testing for updates, patches, and new features. Provide clear and concise test reports to stakeholders. Validation and of UAT test scripts and assessment of results. Technical Requirements: Proven experience testing multiple ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM). Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Strong understanding of functional and regression testing methodologies.
