SharePoint Specialist – Microsoft 365 & SaaS Platforms Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: 6 months Rate: £250 - £300 per day (Inside IR35) Overview: A global life sciences organisation is seeking a dedicated SharePoint Specialist to lead the management and optimisation of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions. You’ll play a key role in enhancing collaboration tools and supporting digital transformation initiatives within an agile, tech-forward team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the SharePoint subject matter expert, leading configuration, administration, and ongoing improvements. Deliver expert-level 3rd line support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services. Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to implement enhancements and integrations. Support cross-platform SaaS tools including Dynamics, Salesforce, and Workday. Produce technical documentation, contribute to Agile workflows, and support digital workplace initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration. Exposure to additional SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Dynamics. Proficient in troubleshooting across Windows and macOS/iOS environments. Familiar with ITIL processes, service tools (e.g. ServiceNow), and scripting in PowerShell or Python. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
