The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Reviews and evaluates incoming manuscript and project instructions from the publisher. Develops plan, schedule, estimate; obtains publisher and author approval. Manages all freelancers, responsible to meet schedule dates and quality requirements. Issues status reports internally and externally; keeps status report updated weekly. Manages all preliminary and final billing. Calls meetings as needed to discuss and or resolve problems. Ensure customer instructions and requirements are understood by all members of the production team. Provides constructive feedback and solutions to publisher and author for issues concerning quality, schedule, and cost. Informs Managing Editor and Business Manager about any issues that affect the project’s budget. Requests contracts and Purchase Orders. Reviews and approves freelancer invoices as required. Job Location: UK, Remote. Desired Profiles: Candidates with minimum 10 Years of experience which includes 4 years of experience as Fullservice Project Managers.
