Scala Developer

Job Title: Software Engineer (Scala) Location: San Jose, CA 95110 Duration: 5 months Contract Type: W2 only Pay Rate: $87.11/Hour Duties: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed applications using Scala. Implement low-latency, high-performance services for real-time processing. Work with multi-threading and concurrency models to optimize application performance. Design and optimize database solutions for scalability and efficiency. Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows. Leverage orchestration frameworks for workflow management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions. Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Scala, Akka, Play, ScalaTest Java, SpringBoot Build tools - Maven, Gradle CI/CD, K8S, Argo Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
