Must Have skills: 10 years experience Linux OS Video Networking fundamentals Cloud Technology Troubleshooting & Operation Support Job Description & Skill Requirement: At least 5 years of experience with Linux OS (Command line) - Mandatory Networking - Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 routing, switches, Wireshark/ tcpdump) and any network diagnostics skills (hands on) Very familiar with video over IP networks: switching and routing protocols, Multicast/unicast, VLANs. Understanding of HTTP traffic and protocols for video delivery and troubleshooting HTTP communications. Understanding Design and develop SDKs for platforms such as Android, iOS, JavaScript, or C++. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SDK requirements and architecture. Knowledge of IPTV/OTT middleware, and client operation is an advantage Knowledge of Cloud environments & Deployments, Operation and Administration (GCP or/and Azure or/and AWS, etc) Good knowledge of common cloud software components including but not limited to: Kubernetes Containerization Virtualization Prometheuso Rabbit Mongo db Elasticsearch Postman Ability to scripts e.g. Helm charts, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc. Understand JSON and YAML and use as required Knowledge in Grafana, Kibana and Prometheus Deploying and upgrading customer systems based on existing procedures Scripting experience capabilities (Shell, Python, Perl, etc) is an advantage Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues. Experience in a high profile 24/7 production environment. Ability to drive Customer calls, daily scrum meetings etc,
