As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for all internal users, managing user accounts/access, maintaining software and hardware and ensuring all data is secure. You will be part office and part home based. Responsibilities Create and manage user accounts and email mailboxes Maintain and update Active Directory Administer multi-factor authentication for all new users Set up and manage hardware for new starters, Provide technical support to all staff, including password resets and general advice on Microsoft products. Offer general user support Manage and maintain user assets Assist the IT team leader with larger projects. Experience & Skills 1-2 years experience in a similar role Microsoft 365 knowledge Active directory knowledge Desktop Support Laptop Builds Windows Laptop build iOS/Android phone deployments Experience in troubleshooting and fault finding Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users Good written and verbal communication Willingness to learn and take ownership or tasks Relevant CompTIA and Microsoft certifications would be advantageous but not mandatory ADZN1_UKTJ
