An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a senior analyst to join the digital change team at a leading, global law firm. Based in the London office, the main purpose of this role will be to lead and support projects, analyse operational procedures and recommend solutions. Main responsibilities: Understanding business challenges and using legal technology knowledge to propose solutions. Analysing operational procedures and identifying main risks and challenges. Supporting and mentoring junior analysts and sharing best practices. Delivering presentations and running workshops and meetings. Communicating ideas and solutions to a range of stakeholders. Playing an active role in the project team and liaising with business and technical teams. Managing a varied portfolio of activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Using knowledge of legal processes and a solution-focused mindset to help advance the firm’s digital ambition Main experience and skills required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Strong problem identification and solution design skills. Experience of working in a high-performance team within the legal or professional services sector.
