Description of Role and Client: The Chief Data Officer will lead the development and execution of comprehensive data strategies within a leading insurance organization. The client seeks a seasoned data professional to manage and enhance data governance frameworks, ensuring robust compliance and alignment with broader organizational governance. This role falls inside IR35. 3 days presence on site in London required as a minimum. Responsibilities: Define, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide data strategies. Establish and manage data governance frameworks. Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Drive improvements in data quality, master data management, lineage, and traceability. Engage and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. Provide guidance on privacy, security, and risk management. Candidate Requirements / Profile: Proven leadership in data strategy within large-scale insurance firms. Expertise in data governance and regulatory frameworks.
