Business Intelligence Analyst I

Position Overview

This position supports activities related to business intelligence, treasury, and performance management functions. The role involves collaborating with business units to analyze data, develop new data products or services, resolve issues, and improve processes. It also provides global insights into bank operations to aid in problem-solving, enhancements, and project implementations. The responsibilities are cross-functional and critical to bank-wide operations.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5+ years of experience in data management, financial modeling, forecasting, or business intelligence
• Preferred experience in financial services
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Office applications (Word & Excel), database programs (SQL, Access), and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Cognos)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure task accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels
