We're looking for two passionate Data Analysts to join our team permanently and help drive the success of our GIS Program. In this role, you'll dive deep into data—analysing, interpreting, and maintaining critical systems that support service delivery. With a strong focus on quality control and accuracy, your insights will shape smarter decisions. If you have a background in GIS utilities or electrical drafting, we want to hear from you!

Your Role in Action

  • Capture, update, cleanse, and analyse data (e.g. Design and As Constructed) to support accurate work orders and costing.
  • Perform quality control to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
  • Provide technical support and updates within relevant information systems.
  • Coordinate or support project plans and technical work across teams.
  • Act as a technical liaison and centre of excellence for data management.
  • Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of information systems.
  • Improve data-related processes and procedures to align with business needs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven technical experience in data management, including familiarity with systems, methods, and processes supported by a foundational understanding of data principles.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Working knowledge of primary electrical assets or demonstrated experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Proficiency in key systems such as ESRI ArcGIS (with ArcFM), ELLIPSE, DQM, DWMS, SPIDAWEB, and standard business software.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data management practices, and/or information systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Spatial Science, Data Management, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
