DevOps Engineer / Azure

A Fortune 500 technology-driven enterprise is seeking a fully remote Azure DevOps Engineer to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a focus on automating and optimizing infrastructure in a modern Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems, hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, and the ability to script effectively in PowerShell or Bash.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, etc.)
2. Strong background in Linux systems (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu)
3. Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and/or Bash
4. Experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles
5. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Exposure to Windows Server (nice to have)
2. Experience building CI/CD pipelines
3. Knowledge of container tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
4. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus)
5. Experience working within Agile or GitOps frameworks
