Job Title: Director of Project Management

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona. Our services include prevention, education, and treatment using evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Director of Project Management supports and oversees all organizational projects within the Project Management & Marketing Department. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop cross-departmental work plans and initiatives. The director also leads the implementation of standardized processes and project management tools to enhance organizational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in public health, health administration, behavioral health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: 7+ years as an Executive/Senior Project Manager.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in behavioral healthcare, including mental health and substance abuse settings.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
