Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated IMAGERY ANALYST to support the evaluation of visual quality of imagery for new systems and to quantify changes in product quality of existing products due to system modifications. Candidates will work with various sensors (PAN, IR, MSI, SAR, FMV, etc.) and products. Knowledge or experience in imagery exploitation, artifact/anomaly identification, and quality scales (NIIRS) is beneficial. This role is critical in supporting exploitation operations by enhancing imagery system quality and functionality for our customer.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a Top Secret clearance, with willingness to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or as requested by the customer. Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.
  • 5+ years of imagery analysis experience within the Intelligence Community at the national level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM disciplines; an additional 4 years of experience can substitute for a degree.
  • Completion of an Imagery Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or DoD equivalent.
  • Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with RemoteView, IEC, SOCET GXP, and other imagery display software, along with common office software (PowerPoint, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Understanding of the intelligence collection process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, solve problems, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Understanding and application of image quality standards (e.g., NIIRS), scales, metrics, and image quality equations.
  • Knowledge of NSG tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) image chain.
  • Knowledge of sensor imaging systems, products, and exploitation processes.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects typical salaries based on experience and other factors.
