Avint LLC is seeking aIT Engineer to join our dynamic and mission-driven team supporting the public sector. Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.
Network Design and Implementation:
1. Designing, planning, and implementingLAN(Local Area Network) infrastructure.
2. Configuring and installing Cisco network switches
3. Implementing network securitymeasures
4. Ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards.
Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
1. Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues.
2. Troubleshooting network problems, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions.
3. Performing regular maintenance tasks, such assoftware updatesandhardware upgrades.
4. Have a Cisco CCO account to create Cisco TAC cases and download IOS updates
5. Documenting network configurations and procedures.
