Job Summary:

Our client in Seattle, WA is looking for an IT Project Manager. This is a Contract position.

Looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. A Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in overseeing technology-related projects in Digital, B2C, and Marketing, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing a cohesive project plan with defined tasks & assigned resources, managing and remediating issues & risks, communicate status to executives, and leading the project team to ensure successful technology implementations for new systems in CRM, Digital web presence, and B2C marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with outlined objectives.
2. Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
3. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks & issues to minimize potential issues.
4. Performance Measurement: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

1. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
2. 6+ years of Product Information Management experience in a CRM or commercial business unit environment involving B2C or e-commerce.
3. Leadership skills: Ability to lead a cross-functional team.
4. 8+ years of Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
5. 8+ years of Commercial Digital Portfolio, e-commerce experience within a manufactured product environment, including Single sign-on, SaaS, CRM, and sales order management system.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
8. 4+ years of Smartsheet, Software as a Service (SaaS), or Single sign-on experience.
