Job Description:

  • Microsoft Certified Engineer on Exchange 2016 (minimum proficiency: 70-345)
  • Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Exchange 2016, all related core-&-technical concepts and daily operations.
  • Strong expertise on various features and configurations available in Exchange 2016, Roles and Services of Exchange 2016, High availability (DAG), Messaging Policies and Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging, Permissions and Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Transport Rules.
  • Expert knowledge on capacity management, analysis and the ability to make technical suggestions pertaining to health and best performance of the infrastructure. Ability to work with Project teams representing Messaging support.
  • Proficient in PowerShell and scripting skills: VBscript. Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory 2016, 2019, DNS (AD integrated and BIND) and Load balancers (Preferably Big-IP).
  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot and debug errors, logs-analyser tools for MS Exchange, CU installation deployment, Server patching and failures.
  • Proficient in Cisco ESA Async OS 14.0 and above – SMTP Routing, listeners, mail-policies, mail-tracing, logs analysis, creating RegEx based content/message filters.
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Office Online server.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 2016 OS security and vulnerability components.
  • Working knowledge and exposure to Cisco WebEx teams, Cisco Expressway and Calendar connectors.
  • Strong knowledge on email clients: MS Outlook, Outlook for MAC, and EWS based email clients.
  • Expert knowledge on Outlook related issues and inclination towards working with L1 support-teams for Outlook related issues – as and when.
  • Expert ability and exposure to drive high-severity issues, finding RCA, and representing the same in problem management calls. Vendor management.
  • A team player and open-mind to work in a remote-infrastructure management model.
  • Availability on weekends and off-hours for on-call support on rotation basis.
