Senior Backend Engineer

Openlayer is an enterprise-grade AI quality, evaluation, and monitoring platform. It helps teams test and monitor high-quality AI systems from prototype to production, ensuring a smooth transition through ongoing testing. The platform offers real-time monitoring, allowing users to observe and fix AI issues quickly. Openlayer integrates with Git, offers SDKs, and works with various LLM providers. Features include automated CI/CD, AI test library, observability, tracing, and alerting integrations. It supports collaboration with team roles, defined tests, and debugging.

Experience Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
2. Significant experience working with Python and one other programming language
3. Familiarity with building scalable data engines (for querying, aggregation & analytics)
