Senior Backend Software Engineer

We're looking for a backend legend to join our early-stage teamin NYC. You'll be tackling challenging infrastructure, scaling, and backend projects alongside our team of best-in-class engineers.

Working at the very forefront of AI, you'll build products that democratize and shape this technological revolution. We're handling hundreds of requests per second and expect to 10x that number in the next year. We have great latency and uptime and are looking for ways to make it even better. There are also lots of opportunities to build out additional ML solution on top of our platform.

Requirements:

• Hunger to ship
• ️ Battle-tested experience working on high-velocity engineering teams (3+ years)
• ️ Thrive in ambiguity — take initiative, lead projects, and architect systems with incomplete information
• Live in NYC — join us 4 days/week in our awesome Nomad office
• Deep Postgres knowledge — understanding internal mechanisms is huge plus
• Backend powerhouse — strong systems design and implementation skills
• ️ Infrastructure & DevOps expertise — build and maintain robust scalable systems
