Overview

As a Steampunk Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations using declarative development resources such as flows, validations, approvals, and clicks-not-code. You will also execute test plans to ensure quality delivery, follow coding standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

Contributions

  • Handle administrative functions in Salesforce, including user account management, profiles, roles, security, data access, flows, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Administer standard and custom fields and map them across integrations.
  • Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Assist in training rollouts for new users and enhance application knowledge.
  • Develop and deploy tools to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and key metrics.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce certified professional with at least five years of Salesforce functional experience.
  • Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce user stories.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading grooming sessions, developing product backlogs, leading Sprint ceremonies, and conducting testing and other functional activities.
  • Experience mentoring and overseeing junior functional resources.
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred.
  • Salesforce development experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Steampunk considers various factors for salary determination, including location, requirements, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range is $115,000 to $170,000 annually.
