Senior Solution Architect

Oversee and perform lead role in the design, development and implementation of modules for large scale business applications systems. Perform lead role in development and portals using custom frameworks. Utilize object modeling techniques and methodologies with tools like Rational Rose to design and develop N-tier architecture systems. Oversee the development of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions and middleware environments and development using various middleware solutions, such as MSMQs, ESBs and other technologies. Mentor, train and oversee work of junior-level IT professionals on technical teams. Coordinate with Sales Team as Subject Matter Expert (SME). The position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117, and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Requirements:

Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any), or related and 36 months of experience in the job offered or hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation of modules for large scale business application systems. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must possess 3 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, and .Net. 2 years' experience in Pension Retirement Systems, or Unemployment systems Domain experience.

The position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117, and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Salary $141,898.00/year.
