About the job

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate across teams. You will explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $227,000-$320,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Additional details will be shared during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish credible leadership within Google and the industry on your domain.
  • Create a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource management with organization-wide impact.
  • Drive performance improvements related to execution velocity.
  • Lead organizational pivots to adapt to shifting business trends and priorities.
  • Oversee strategic planning for a complex program portfolio, influencing resources, cadence, and stakeholders.
