Software Engineer - GenAI

Aeris offers a SaaS-based connectivity management platform for mobile operators and enterprises. As Aeris continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Generative AI (GenAI) team. In this vital role, you will design and implement our GenAI platform and services, conduct research into cutting-edge GenAI technologies, develop AI Agents, and ensure the achievement of our GenAI OKRs. About You:

• Passionate, innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum four years of professional experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS product development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language; NodeJS and Python are pluses.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and effective in a highly agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related; electrical engineering knowledge is a plus.
• Relocation assistance is not available; location is at our San Jose, CA office.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks (e.g., Langchain, AutoGPT).
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $205,000, with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k).
