Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Snowflake, Matillion, and Fivetran. You will lead the design and implementation of data solutions tailored to the life sciences sector, enabling data-driven decisions by architecting scalable data pipelines and deploying AI models that meet regulatory and operational needs of pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and data center clients.

Reports to: Director, Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Architecture:

• Design scalable, secure, and compliant data platforms using Snowflake, Fivetran, and Matillion.
• Develop AI/ML workflows aligned with business objectives in life sciences.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for AI-driven data solutions.

• Develop and maintain robust ELT/ETL processes for life sciences data.
• Integrate diverse data sources including EHRs, lab systems, and external APIs.
• Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality compliance.

• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to implement AI solutions.
• Support model deployment, MLOps, and monitoring in production.

• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and prototypes.

• Ensure architectures comply with regulations (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Implement security best practices for data privacy and access control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with Snowflake, Fivetran, and Matillion.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production.
• Deep understanding of life sciences data structures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI (e.g., RAG, BERT).

Salary Range:
