We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

  • Define Product Goal, ensuring the product aligns with business goals and customer needs, and make sure the Product Goal is clearly communicated to and understood by the team.

  • Create and maintain product backlog - translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, and translate them into functional requirements for the development team.

  • Play an active role in removing impediments that impact the team’s ability to accomplish Sprint Goals.

  • Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration, gather feedback, and adapt the Product Backlog accordingly.

  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies.

  • Promote Agile values and principles, and support implementation of Agile best practices.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends.


  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management

  • Familiarity with Agile is a must

  • Familiarity with SAFe is a must

  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

  • Team spirit and good communication abilities

  • Good organizational skills

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
