Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst - Business Change Projects Job Type: Permanent Location: Walsall (Hybrid working, with UK based travel) Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of their SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in client engagement, requirement gathering, documentation, and supporting software delivery across business change projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops, capture requirements, and manage change requests throughout the SDLC. BA, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities. To be the key link between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into clear user stories and functional specs. Act as client facing support to guide clients through solutions. Document features, and guide clients through new functionality. Ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: 4 years of Business Analysis experience (utilities or software implementation background desirable). Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, requirement documentation, stakeholder engagement, and SDLC processes. Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
