Key experience needed for this is broad technical skills across: Office 365 Hardware / software problem resolution Networking This could suit someone with a year or two of experience, or even an IT-related grad looking to work in support, or someone even with some IT/Networking skills, and a passion for IT, looking for a 1st role. Location of the candidate is key, though. A car driver essential. The role will work on a Support desk using ticketing software and will be customer-focused rather than project work.
