Co Sec/Governance Specialist – 6-Month FTC Location : Hybrid – 2-3 days in office (Central London) Sector : High Fashion/Retail Our client, a leading player in the high fashion/retail sector , is seeking an experienced Governance Specialist to join their dynamic legal team for a 6-month fixed-term contract . This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong Governance and Compliance experience, ideally within a listed PLC or large private company, to take ownership of governance processes and lead compliance initiatives within a fast-paced, innovative industry. Key responsibilities : Lead on governance activities , including committee management, minute-taking, and process improvements Develop and implement governance and compliance plans Assist with the introduction of legal and CoSec tech solutions Work autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive results What our client is looking for : Experience managing governance processes , including committees and compliance Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing legal team within the high fashion/retail sector , working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
