Apply today to be part of a team that values both professional growth and work-life balance.Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children in-home and community locations.Modify and adjust programs based on ongoing assessments and client progress.Collaborate with families and staff to ensure individualized treatment plans are effectively implemented.Coach caregivers and staff through weekly meetings to support implementation.Write insurance re-authorization reports and assist with treatment plan updates.Manage a flexible schedule in collaboration with families and school personnel.Qualifications:BCBA certification required.Prior experience in ABA therapy, program development, and parent coaching and experience working with military families or in a home-based setting is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and school staff.Ability to work independently, managing flexible scheduling in both school and home environments.Compensation:BCBA: Starting rate of $60 per hour.
