Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets Technology , specifically in Front Office Trading and Risk systems . You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions for trading desks, risk management platforms, and electronic trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects , coordinating between quants, developers, and traders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of critical systems. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project management of Front Office technology initiatives, including trading platforms (OMS/EMS), risk engines (VaR, XVA, FRTB), and algorithmic trading solutions . Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (traders, quants, risk managers) and technology teams , ensuring clear communication and alignment. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, adhering to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as needed. Mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines or system performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV, FRTB, MiFID II) and coordinate with compliance/audit teams. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Numerix ) for system integrations or upgrades. Report project status to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and resource needs. Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
