Quality Assurance Administrator

The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting quality assurance specialists by ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating the production process. Responsibilities include preparing batch records and labels, issuing them along with raw materials to begin production, conducting non-conformance investigations, interpreting and complying with company quality system standards, compiling data to support the trending program, filing completed records, auditing previous batch records, and documenting compliance and generating reports.

Essential skills required include quality assurance and quality control expertise, strong computer skills, proficiency in cross-functional teamwork, attention to detail, administrative support experience, familiarity with ISO 9000 standards, and experience with SAP systems. Additional skills and qualifications include SAP experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong attention to detail.

The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, performed in an office setting with a laptop. Personal protective equipment such as gowns and hair nets is required when handling raw materials. The environment can be loud at times, and work is conducted in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL 2) lab. No heavy lifting is involved.

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
