Head of Data, Analytics & AI Location: Hybrid – Surrey or Sussex (2–3 days onsite) Salary: £120,000 – £130,000 20% bonus pension & benefits We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation undergoing a significant digital and data transformation. They are investing in modern platforms, building a self-service culture, and embedding data at the heart of decision-making across the business. As Head of Data, Analytics & AI, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering a high-impact data strategy. This is a business-focused position requiring strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary data teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead core data functions: Engineering, BI, Analytics, Science and Data Governance Influence a federated data operating model and drive enterprise-wide data literacy Champion self-service and agile ways of working Shape and embed data capabilities across business units Lead 4 direct reports and influence approximately 40 data professionals What We’re Looking For: A proven data leader with strong people and stakeholder skills Demonstrated data transformation experience across a business – enabling enterprise-wide change Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Power BI A collaborative, purpose-driven leader who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a growing team What’s on Offer: £120,000 – £130,000 base salary 20% performance-based bonus Pension and additional benefits Hybrid working (2–3 days per week onsite in Surrey or Sussex) A high-impact role with real purpose and the opportunity to shape long-term strategy If you’re ready to lead data with purpose and drive transformation across a dynamic organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
