We're on the lookout for an Automation Test Lead who’s passionate about quality engineering, thrives on innovation, and is ready to take ownership of robust automation initiatives across multiple teams. This is a hands role , where your input will directly influence the evolution of testing strategy and practices. You’ll be building modern, scalable test frameworks and championing best-in-class testing standards using cutting-edge tools. Key requirements: Strong hands-on experience in Java (Python or other languages also considered). Proven track record with Selenium and other automation tools. Practical experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab, etc. Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms is a big plus. Familiarity with Katalon Studio or similar tools is highly desirable. What You’ll Be Doing: Driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed automation into the delivery pipeline. Leading by example – writing clean, maintainable Java code to support quality initiatives.
