Our client are embarking on a powerful evolution, set to transform society by helping to tackle inequality by empowering a huge market of non-tech SMBs. Within this team you will be working on the development of exciting greenfield projects using innovative technologies. Day to Day Work: As a Software Engineer you will need to be a dynamic, hands-on technical innovator at the heart of product development. In this role, you will leverage deep technical expertise to build, iterate, and optimize high-quality, scalable software solutions Transform innovative ideas into production-ready systems that are both robust and user-centric Engage in data-driven experimentation to identify technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance Work closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions Write, review, and debug code to implement and enhance product features. Maintain high engineering standards Run rigorous experiments and tests to ensure the system’s performance and scalability I deally you will have: Proven experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Python, React, Next.js, MySQL, Django, and Git (3-5 Years’ commercial experience) Experience with modern AI toolchains (including LLMs) Prior experience in an agile, fast-moving AI startup or product environment where you served as a lead technical resource A strong understanding of AI-driven product development, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of holding meaningful technical conversations All applicants need to be UK based.
