ERP System Support Specialist

Responsibilities:Job Summary:The ERP System Support Specialists responsibilities include, but are not limited to, SQL report writing, assisting in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of integrated ERP enterprise applications. The position works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is an exempt, staff position reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications.Duties/Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science or related area with two years of experience OR a related associate degree with three years of experience.Knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systemsKnowledge of networkingKnowledge of SFTP and SSHKnowledge of SSOKnowledge of VPNExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Ellucian Banner and related applicationsExperience with UC4 Automic job schedulerExperience with Evisions applicationsExperience with UNIX and/or PowerShell scriptingExperience with Oracle SQLExperience with using a help desk ticketing application
