Business Systems Analyst- Salesforce Remote with occasional visits to the office near Reading Our client, a global SaaS business is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce experience to join them on a permanent basis In the role, you will be gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements specifically related to sales and marketing systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Work closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed system requirements for sales and marketing Process Improvement Analyse and assess current sales and marketing processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements System Design & Definition Define detailed system requirements for sales and marketing platforms, including CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools. Communication and Change Management Provide ,communication to finance stakeholders regarding system changes, expected impacts, timelines, and training. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting sales and/or marketing functions Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred. Salesforce certifications are preferred.
