Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and design customized AI solutions tailored to their business needs. Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained generative AI models for domain-specific applications. Seamlessly integrate AI models into client infrastructure and support smooth deployment processes. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for AI implementations. Lead training sessions and workshops to help clients understand, adopt, and maximize the value of generative AI technologies. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, incorporating emerging techniques into client solutions. Document methodologies, project findings, and results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. Minimum of 3–5 years in a relevant AI/ML engineering role. Proven hands-on experience in fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying generative AI models. Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent AI/ML frameworks. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and neural network techniques. Proficiency in data preprocessing, augmentation, and visualization tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Previous experience in consulting or client-facing technical role. Contributions to open-source AI initiatives or publications in recognized AI/ML conferences/journals.
